Your Order
1. Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes.
If it’s missing, check your spam/junk folder just in case. Still can’t find it? Contact us at contact@eirva.com and we’ll resend it.
2. Cancelling or Changing Your Order
We process orders quickly, so there's a 30minute window to cancel from your “My Orders” section.
If your order is already prepared or shipped, changes might not be possible. Reach out to us and we’ll try our best.
3. Missing Items in Your Order
You’ll receive a single delivery with all items included. If anything seems off or missing, just reach out, we're here to help.
4. Received the Wrong Item?
Oops, did something arrive that’s not what you ordered?
Contact our customer support and we’ll sort it right away.
