Same-Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 10 AM (UAE time) are dispatched the same day (excluding public holidays and Fridays). Orders placed after 10 AM will be shipped the next business day.
UAE Shipping
Delivery Time:
- Standard: 1–2 business days across the UAE.
Same Day Delivery (Dubai Only):
- Available for orders placed before 10:00 AM (UAE time).
- Orders after 10:00 AM will be delivered the next day.
- Same-day service is subject to courier availability.
Next Day Delivery:
- Available for orders placed before 2:00 PM (14:00 UAE time).
- Orders after 2:00 PM will be delivered the following day, before 11:00 PM.
Shipping Fee:
- Free on orders over 349 AED.
- 18 AED flat rate for orders below 349 AED.
Additional Notes:
- No deliveries or dispatch on public holidays.
- Delivery times may vary for remote areas.
- Our courier will contact you to confirm your delivery.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the UAE only. Stay tuned, we’re working to expand internationally soon.

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS or email so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

Missed Deliveries
If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will contact you to reschedule. After two failed attempts, the package may be returned to us.
