Delivery Information

How long does shipping take and how is my order delivered? Order Confirmation?

We deliver across the UAE. Orders placed before 2pm are shipped the same day. Standard delivery takes 1-2 business days (excluding public holidays). You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is shipped.

How can I track my order?

After your order is shipped, you’ll get a tracking link by email. If you don’t see it, please check your spam/junk folder. Need help? Just email us at contact@eirva.com and we’ll help you out right away.

What is your return and refund policy?

We accept returns within 14 days if your items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
  • Items with odors, damage, or removed tags will not be accepted.
    You can request a return in two ways:
  1. Directly from your order page: Log in to your account, view your order, and select “Request Return.”
  2. By email: Email contact@eirva.com with your order number and we’ll help you. See the Return Policy for more information.
How do I know which size to order?

All Eirva items are true to size. Check our Size Guide for exact measurements. Not sure about your fit? Reach out to us and we’ll help you decide. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for leggings and sports bras for the most comfort.

How should I care for my Eirva activewear?

To keep your Eirva items looking and feeling new:

  • Wash cold with similar colors
  • Do not bleach
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry
  • Avoid fabric softeners to preserve stretch and shape
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All payments are secure and encrypted.

Can I pay cash when my order arrives? (Cash on Delivery)

Yes! Cash on Delivery is available for all orders in the UAE. Just select “Cash on Delivery” at checkout and pay the courier when your order is delivered.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to change or cancel your order, email contact@eirva.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll help you update or cancel it.

What materials do you use for Eirva activewear?

Our activewear is made from premium, technical fabrics designed for comfort, stretch, and durability. Every piece features a “second skin” feel, soft, lightweight, and supportive for all-day wear.

Do you offer gift cards or discount codes?

Yes, digital gift cards are available and never expire. Use discount codes at checkout, one code per order.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the UAE only. We’re working to expand soon, join our newsletter for updates!
