How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:
- Log in to your account at eirva.com
- Go to Orders and select Return Item
- Choose the Pick-Up option and complete the form
- Our team will contact you to schedule your return
Returns must be submitted within 14 days. After this period, we will be unable to process any return requests.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Free from stains, perfume, body odor, makeup, or pet hair
- With all original tags attached and in original packaging
We do not accept returns for:
- Sale or discounted items
- Items with visible wear, damage, or any odor
- Underwear, swimwear, or socks unless unopened and sealed
- Personalized items
- Opened supplements, bottles, or accessories
If the return does not meet these conditions, it will be rejected and returned to the sender.
Delivery & Return Costs
- Original delivery fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer
- For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be issued as store credit
Damaged or Incorrect Items?
Received the wrong item or something damaged? Contact us immediately at contact@eirva.com, and we'll resolve it within 24 hours.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee does not apply to items returned due to damage or error on our part.
Refund Timelines
- Card payments: refunded to the original payment method
- Cash on delivery: refunded as a store credit Credit
- Please allow up to 5 business days for refund processing after the return is approved.
